Keen to try Budokon yoga?
These classes are designed for those who know and love budokon and those who have never done it before but are curious and want to know more.
Think of your usual vinyasa style yoga flow with a sprinkle of Budokon methodology chucked in there so you can move like a warrior without feeling overwhelmed with the new language and new alignment.
These classes are for all levels, designed to have you move and flow with your breath (vinyasa means to flow) and simply have a bit of fun! A chance for you to break up your day focusing on YOU and your body
Blocks are provided, Please bring your own mat.
Classes are held upstairs at Piko Wholefoods, the entrance is via Kilmore Street. Please arrive 5minutes before class start time

mat pilates classes are to help you to build strength and mobility in the body, while having fun and being guided in a safe and encouraging way.

Classes are held at Mt Pleasant Community Hall, Friday 9:30am - 10:30am
Investment: $171 for the term or $25 drop in rate
please arrive 10minutes before class starts so you can get set up and we can start on time
To attend this class please bring your own yoga mat, drink bottle and wear clothes that you can move easily in - I will provide the rest
